Three different little monsters for a Halloween party: blueberry ricotta cups with marshmallow teeth, lime-coconut cyclops bites and peanut-butter cornflake clusters. Each recipe below includes measured ingredients, its own setting time and edible decorations. Choose the creamy, zesty or crunchy project that suits your table.
Choose one new monster project
The ricotta recipe makes four small cups, the coconut recipe makes twelve bites and the cornflake recipe makes twelve clusters. Those are different portions; the combined piece count is not a guest-count guarantee.
Recipe-development note: these are new Fondfolk formulas, not kitchen-tested recipes. Preparation and chilling times are estimates. The illustrations show serving portions and do not claim to show every piece in a full batch.

1. Blueberry Ricotta Monster Cups
4 small cups · estimated 35 minutes
Ingredients
- 40 g plain digestive biscuits, crushed
- 250 g well-drained ricotta
- 150 g thick Greek yogurt
- 100 g blueberry jam
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 edible candy eyes
- 4 mini marshmallows, halved
Method
- Divide the biscuit crumbs between four clean cups of at least 200 ml capacity.
- Blend ricotta, Greek yogurt, blueberry jam, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth, scraping the bowl as needed. Divide over the crumbs.
- Refrigerate for 25 minutes. Just before serving, add two candy eyes and two marshmallow halves to each cup as teeth. Keep refrigerated until serving.
Keep the decorations for serving
The ricotta starts well drained and the Greek yogurt starts thick. The thirty-five-minute estimate assumes those ingredients are ready to use; it does not add a separate draining stage. Blend the cream ingredients before portioning so the jam and sugar are distributed throughout, then spoon the mixture over the loose biscuit crumbs.
The crumb base contains no melted butter and is not a baked or pressed cheesecake crust. It is a loose spoonable layer. Use four cups of at least 200 ml capacity so there is space above the cream for the eyes and teeth. Blueberry jam brands vary, so the finished shade may be paler or darker than the illustration.
Four mini marshmallows become eight halves: two teeth for each cup. Add those and the candy eyes just before serving, rather than storing the decorations on the moist cream. Keep the cups refrigerated until serving.
2. Lime-Coconut Cyclops Bites
12 bites · estimated 35 minutes
Ingredients
- 140 g desiccated coconut, divided
- 140 g sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 1 tsp finely grated lime zest
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 12 edible candy eyes
Method
- Reserve 20 g of the coconut in a shallow bowl and 1 tsp of the condensed milk for attaching the eyes.
- Mix the remaining coconut and condensed milk with lime zest, lime juice and food coloring until evenly combined. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Divide into 12 equal portions and firmly roll into balls. Roll in the reserved coconut. Dab a little reserved condensed milk on each candy eye and press one onto the front of each ball. Keep refrigerated until serving.
Reserve the coating before mixing
Of the 140 g coconut, twenty grams stays aside for rolling the balls. One teaspoon of the measured condensed milk stays aside to attach the eyes. Everything else goes into the chilled mixture. Use sweetened condensed milk; evaporated milk is a different ingredient and is not the specified binder.
Divide the mixture into twelve portions before rolling so the last cyclops is not left with a much smaller body. Roll firmly, coat with the reserved coconut, then use a small dab of the reserved condensed milk behind one candy eye. Each bite has one eye; extra mouths or decorations are not needed.
A mixing bowl can hold this mixture while it chills. Suitable bowls already in your kitchen are enough; this registered bowl set is not for microwave, oven or stovetop use.
3. Peanut-Butter Cornflake Monsters
12 clusters · estimated 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 100 g white chocolate, chopped
- 80 g smooth peanut butter
- 100 g cornflakes
- 24 edible candy eyes
Method
- Line a tray with parchment. Melt the white chocolate in a dry microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in short bursts, stirring between each burst until smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter until combined. Fold in the cornflakes gently until coated, keeping the flakes as intact as possible.
- Spoon into 12 compact mounds on the tray. Add two candy eyes to each while the coating is tacky. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm enough to lift. Keep refrigerated until serving.
Fold gently, then portion the clusters
Melt the white chocolate before stirring in the peanut butter. Fold the cornflakes through the smooth binder gently so they remain recognizable flakes rather than crumbs. Spoon twelve compact mounds onto the lined tray, using the sticky coating to hold two eyes on the front of each.
A parchment-lined tray supports the clusters during their thirty-minute chill. Use a flat tray that fits your refrigerator and leave the mounds in place until firm enough to lift. Keep the clusters in their irregular spooned shapes.
Set out a small decorating station
Measure each recipe separately before starting. The ricotta cups use eight eyes and four marshmallows, the cyclops use twelve eyes, and the clusters use twenty-four eyes. If making all three full recipes, that is forty-four candy eyes; the amount needed for one recipe remains the quantity written in its ingredient list.
For the faces, Compare edible candy eyes for sizes that suit the small desserts, checking the selected pack’s ingredients. This is a browse destination containing different products, not an endorsement of every result.
Keep a dry bowl and utensil ready for the white chocolate. Parchment lines the cluster tray; it can also provide a clean surface while rolling the cyclops. No oven or baking stage is called for in any of these methods.
Use lidded glass food-storage containers to keep the chilled bites and clusters contained before serving. Check capacity and keep pieces in a suitable layer rather than crushing their faces. Follow separate base and lid care instructions; this storage use does not require heating the containers.
Keep the desserts refrigerated until serving as their methods specify. Label the peanut-butter clusters clearly when setting out a mixed party tray, and retain ingredient packages so guests can check what was actually used. The cups contain dairy and biscuits; the coconut bites contain sweetened condensed milk; candy-eye and white-chocolate ingredients vary by product.
